What are the shipping methods?

Shipments are made through specialized companies. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.

Are there shipping costs?

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product and will be added during your purchase process according to the country and province you select for shipping.

The shipping rates are:

Spain (Mainland): € 4.99 (on orders over € 50 free shipping cost)

Spain (Balearic Islands): € 11.99

Spain (Canary Islands): € 29.99 (Includes DUA)

Ceuta and Melilla: € 69.99 (Includes DUA)

Rest of Europe: from € 9.99 depending on destination (calculated on the confirmation page)

Rest of the world: Ask info@turronsanandres.com

San Andrés is not responsible for customs fees or other fees / amounts charged in the country / location where the shipment is received.

What is the delivery period of the order?
The established shipping time can range between 3 and 5 working days from the receipt of the transfer or payment by card, this is because the articles are handmade products that require a minimum time to be made. However, the delay of the order will not imply or cancellation or compensation.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package and you sign the receipt document. Check that the order arrives in good condition and that what has arrived matches the delivery note.

Can I know what status my order is in?
Yes. Send an email inquiry to the email: info@turronsanandres.com and you will receive a response with the status of your order.

What should I do to give the item back?
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at turronsanandres.com, within 15 working days from the date of receipt.
It is necessary that you send us an email to info@turronsanandres.com telling us the reason for your return and we will indicate the steps to follow. The item for its return must be wrapped in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition.
If the reason for the return is that the product does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount of the same in purchase vouchers with 6 months of expiration, but you will have to bear the return costs, if the cause of the return was that the item is defective, then it will be Turrones San Andrés who will assume the shipment.

What is the deadline to be able to make a return?
The maximum period is 15 days from receipt of the shipment. 7 days on sale item.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, contact us at info@turronsanandres.com and we will resolve the mistake as soon as possible.

How will I receive my refund?
Once the merchandise has been received and verified, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made your purchase. Remember that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.

How should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?

Can I cancel an order?
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the merchandise leaves, the customer will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been issued, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
